As Canadians, searching for a retirement property in a different country can be daunting.  While on a recent vacation in San Jose del Cabo we were happy to meet Rick, a fellow Canadian, who clearly understands the life phase we are in and our cultural norms.  Rick is an amiable guy and makes the search and transaction process easy and comfortable.

Now we are working with a builder recommended by Rick, on plans and layouts for the new house.  Rick has a variety of skills and if there’s something he can’t do, he most likely knows someone who can or he’ll just to learn how to do it himself.  Once we are able to travel again we plan to rent a place nearby and work with the builder on the plans.  Rick is helping us secure rental accommodations as well.  We highly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a trusted real estate professional in Cabo.

Well! It’s been a whirlwind, in all the best ways. In the last quarter of 2021 I sold my house, retired from my position of 33 years and decided I really was going to follow my dream of living in Mexico.
